At Mine Conkbayir Consultancy (MCC), we want you to enjoy your learning experience while engaging in this online Programme. We therefore strive to keep things simple, efficient and inclusive. We want to be part of creating a workforce that is diverse, inclusive, brave, promotes positivity and instils a can-do attitude in everyone. We therefore view this Policy as a two-way document – we operate a zero-tolerance attitude towards discrimination.

Continual professional development (CPD) is no longer a sustainable model in the traditional sense of attending workshops and seminars. Many organisations find it difficult to release staff, and all too often, organisations cannot afford to send their staff on regular training. In response to these changing trends, this online training Programme provides an alternative, or addition to current CPD provision, by offering a sustainable model – those who complete the Programme go on to cascade their knowledge within their teams in their role as a Neuroscience Champion. Further information about this is included in the introductory section of the Programme.

of children and young adults, to help contextualise the issues explored

  • Implementing a transparent and fair assessment system
